· Our staff, from various backgrounds, can offer a concierge service from your front door to your final location and provide tactical threat assessment in a matter of moments. By providing additional well briefed personnel to your detail we will ensure safety protocols are met daily.
· Personnel are trained by a licensed and certified New Jersey State Police instructor in the Security Officer Registration Act procedures and policies. We use a detailed database, backed by Transunion, to develop our background checks and our investigation services, including prospective employee checks, if you choose to pursue that option.

Qualifications

BTP Consultants is continually proven to be an industry leader for professionalism, courtesy and respect while providing Security Services.

· Personnel have experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Personal Security Details (PSD’s), Nightlife Security, Retail Security, Crowd Control, Event Staff and Loss Prevention

· Guards receive advanced training in tactics and active shooter response to large scale events bi-annually

· From small venues to Executive Protection and Threat assessment at New Jerseys largest collegiate gatherings, we handle all venues in a courteous and professional manner.

Training

Guards are required to attend a minimum of 16 hours per year training based on their specific qualifications throughout the course of their employment with BTP Consultants.
· New Jersey Security Officer Registration Act training annually or bi-annually

· Anti-Terrorism e-Training

· Active shooter e-Training and Live training Department of Homeland Security Incident Response training

· Tactical maneuver training

· Tactical Driving certification

· American Heart Association CPR/First Aide training

· F.D.N.Y. Fire guard certification

· Firearms qualifications and drills
